No recognition for a job well done or for the double you had to do because someone called in. Management is your friend then next breathe they are not. Be careful no accountability here at all. The one lady that does shipping and safety is nuts. She is unbalanced. Everyone said she should have been gone years ago. She will come out and be rude and yell at you instead of explaining something. This makes for a hostile work environment. She is head of safety but takes off early of off on down weeks when no one in working their normal job. She passed the safety classes off to another person. Management does not come out of his office but wonders why moral is so low. No room for advancement.
