A conglomerate so a lot of diverse projects relating to the various problems globally; nice new HQ in Alpharetta

Minpunten

No one ever worked in the office despite a 4 day week policy - 0 social interaction in office; the Neenah, SWM and Scapa people refused to communicate with each other and all wanted to stay in their old ways - no synergy, no new technology, etc; Nothing ever gets done, because no one respects deadlines or wants ownership

None. Unless you thrive in a bully environment

No bonuses except management. Manager turn over is once a year and to boot they have no idea about the department they were hired to manage. Just imagine for a second, you work in IT and your senior leader has never worked in IT. Couple that with recording and reporting them for being a bully and they target you. Thought HR was there to enforce the rules, but I guess management is excluded. Makes sense when the head of HR has never worked a real job a day in her life and personifies the bully attitude.
