Offer decent insurance. 401K is employer matched. Quarterly profit sharing. Most supervisors are great and only are doing what upper management hands down.

Management gives promotions to people who are under or unqualified. Favoritism and Nepotism galore.
Feast or famine when it comes to work load. Drowning in work and overtime or farmed out to other departments because your departments gave nothing to do. Not paid nearly enough for the knowledge and skills acquired and work that is expected from you. I was personally told this by multiple supervisors and QA engineers. Pressured to hurry on jobs but wonder why quality is lacking when rework is necessary. High expectations with shipping dates on large quantities of products unattainable without rushing.
