Good vision on paper, execution and Technologically ambitious.

​I went through all 3 rounds of interviews and negotiations with Matter Motors and received a formal job offer. Based on their offer and the vision they pitched, I resigned from my current organization. Just 10 days before my official joining date, HR called to inform me that they were withdrawing the offer due to "organizational operational constraints." ​For a company that markets itself as a tech-savvy industry leader with over 100 patents, their internal operations and recruitment ethics are shockingly poor. Pulling a confirmed offer at the last minute after a candidate has already quit their job is incredibly reckless and plays with people's livelihoods. Mind you, this happened after all negotiations were finalized. ​Proceed with extreme caution if you are interviewing here. Their written offers cannot be trusted.

Learning curve is great Team members are good and helpful

Company does not pay salary on time There is no medical health insurance, eventhough as communicated by HR team before joining. There are inconsistenices with respect to PF contributions by the company.
