Such cultures are not conducive of productivity. The leadership seems confused and clueless. No one seems to have clarity on the priorities of the projects, so every things needs to be done all at once. There is no long term vision. The same shows in team building and other aspects of the company. There is too much ego and pride which results in managers and leaders losing track of ground reality and aspiring for goals which are not realistic. Humility and honesty has disappeared
