I enjoyed helping Governments which in turn helps people. I also liked most of the people I worked with.
Minpunten
You are instructed to create yearly goals in different areas but are later told that the goals are handed down from management with no wiggle room. At the end of the year, you have to complete two separate self assessments and then go over them with management. The problem is that raises/promotions/bonuses are all determined before management receives your assessments. Favoritism and luck with getting projects with large budgets are the only determining factors for financial reward for your effort.
