I enjoy the ownership and trust given here, along with the opportunity to continuously improve and challenge myself. Apart from it the work culture and supportive team make it a place where I can perform well without feeling stuck.

Maxonic initially recruited me for a role with a software company, and after considering the position, I agreed to have them represent me. Both my recruiter, Sandeep, and my account rep, Lissa, were amazing throughout the entire process, offering feedback when possible, and being incredibly open and transparent all along. If you are looking for a new job, especially in the software / SaaS / tech space, I highly recommend working through Maxonic.

Terrible communications, Lack of communications. Employees are on their own and must advocate for themselves. If there is a company culture, it's not apparent to the employees contracted to clients.
