      Pluspunten

      Great, hardworking coworkers. My immediate managers were fair and flexible. It was a good place to start my career. I was able to create varied roles for myself both within and beyond my assigned job duties.

      Minpunten

      Lots of company mergers over the years. My pay was higher than some of my colleagues' because I started at one of the companies that Maxxam purchased. Many of my coworkers that started at the same intitial company had left by the end of my tenure. I never got the number of points needed in reviews to get more than the automatic cost-of-living pay increase. Lab workers seemed to work way too many hours.

With strong leadership, a vision for employees and customers, I highly recommend Bureau Veritas Laboratories.

      Like most successful companies, there is a lot of work here and that's something you need to know before joining. This company gets things done and works hard to fight complacency every day. For those looking to "coast," challenges will arise but if you're looking for an environment where passion fuels the day-to-day, you get to be a part of critically important projects that help make the world a safer place, this is the right place!
