Benefits fair, communication fair, expectation of performance fair. Will recognize and reward hard work if employee is eye to eye with owner and Managment, or family.
Minpunten
Extremely resistant to change, supervisors sabotage project efforts and Managment ignores this, perhaps even supported it. I saw frequent neglect of employee efforts and little recognition or incentive to drive performance. Archaic philosophy of managment, does not desire to improve culture. Too much hiring of family members. Several took advantage of power position and used abusive language at employees for unreasonable issues. This included the semi-retired owner. Little value in education, said so directly.
