Minpunten
1. HR management and some team leads show favoritism toward individuals within their personal circles, while those outside these groups feel targeted and more closely scrutinized. Decisions appear to be influenced by friendships, referrals, and group alliances rather than objective leadership, creating a “cult-like” or unhealthy environment. This has led to concerns that certain employees are being pressured to resign to make way for preferred candidates, contributing to fear, insecurity, and internal tension within the workplace. 2. Employees have observed that several managers and employees were referrals connected to the director, with many of them having worked together in a previous company. This raises concerns about objectivity, independence, and fair decision-making within leadership. 3. Instead of promoting accountability through fair and structured processes, HR actions are intimidating and harassing. In cases where there is a team issue, HR approaches the employee directly rather than coordinating with the team lead. Employee forced to defend themselves so that they will not be given sanction, even when they are the affected party in the situation. 4. One employee experienced the death of a close friend, which understandably affected their performance. Instead of providing support, management began scrutinizing and escalating minor issues involving that employee, creating the impression that they were being pushed to resign. Additionally, the employee requested leave to attend the funeral, but the request was denied despite being properly communicated. Where is the company’s compassion and humanity in difficult situations?? 5. Recently, a fire occurred in an apartment area where several employees were renting. Although the fire was not directly in their units, it caused a power outage in the entire area. Affected employees requested temporary work-from-home arrangements so they could stay with their families. Management reportedly denied the request and instead suggested that employees rent a transient place near the office. Employees felt this response lacked empathy, considering the emergency nature of the situation. ....and many more!
