This company is ran my a man who seems to all his motive is self interest and greed. He would take out of his employees pockets if he could. (he did to me.) This job I was constantly harassed and threatened . The "president" (used loosely) is motivated by one thing $$$. He cusses incessantly, and will hang you out to dry when it comes time for a budget meeting. Promise you the moon and hand you dirt and say "make it work." Sets forecasts, and then cusses and threatens you when you don't beat the forecast by 20k+. Beating a forecast by 1-10k is not good enough. Obviously he does not know how to set a forecast. But even if you had 3 record months, and 6 months over forecast, your job will still be threatened. DO NOT WORK HERE BY ALL MEANS
