      The employees were great to work with, everyone was helpful and really nice. Great benefits and good pay. Unlimited PTO.

      Minpunten

      Training could be improved—months of self-training. The CS team goes through an intensely busy season from Feb-July. Worked 60-70+ hour weeks almost every week. Prepare for high stress during this time frame.

      Pluspunten

      Smart and talented people, where they have learned to think outside of the box in order to resolve many issues seen across the industry. The pay and benefits are exception, I love my job.

      Minpunten

      There has been a few rounds of RIF's that people company about. But in reality I believe it did help cut out a lot of people who were productive and holding the company down with dead weight.
