Fully remote, "unlimited" PTO, flexible schedule- none of it worth the cons

Minpunten

C-Suite is a great example of what poor leadership looks like. Lack of transparency, direction, and cohesion. There is no honest or direct discourse. Measurabl has a shiny facade but is nothing but an ego-driven mess. If you value your mental health, confidence, and self-worth DO NOT WORK HERE. No amount of money is worth how you WILL be treated.

Smart and talented people, where they have learned to think outside of the box in order to resolve many issues seen across the industry. The pay and benefits are exception, I love my job.

Minpunten

There has been a few rounds of RIF's that people company about. But in reality I believe it did help cut out a lot of people who were productive and holding the company down with dead weight.
