Poor management, lack of business acumen and foresight in business decisions and workflows. Over diversification of business scope with ultra-thin human resources to deliver the promises to clients. Inflated impression of listed company but operated business like a sole proprietorship. Not a stable company to work for and grow in the long term. Inter-communication between management and employees need to be further improved.
