Yes the company and the job profile is random, but it gives an opportunity to learn so much. Taking up the challenges, and the changes positively has helped me to learn more than I ever intended to in my life. Irrespective of your department, and technology line there are so many things you can try to get into and test your skill set and if you fit into it, the company does give it a thought. Ideas can come over night, but the implementation every where takes time. Similarly, the ideas and suggestions employees have are heard by the company.
