- CEO is incredibly bought into the future of the company. Super accessible and is active in meetings (company). - Transparency is super high! I've experienced a lot of transparency throughout the interview process and as I was being onboarded. - Mission driven and super focused on pushing forward consciously. It's clear that the company has been through it the last year and change. Those that remained post VSP are super motivated to build an amazing product for users and improve culture. - I personally feel there's a lot of diversity in MGMT and across the company. There are tons of women in leadership positions (i.e. VP of eng, VP of Marketing, VP of product, Head of recruiting and the list goes on). I look around and also see a lot of URPs represented. As a URP myself, it's super nice to see! - Smaller company, a lot of autonomy and space to be creative! - great health, wellness plans and other benefits.
Minpunten
- Internal slack was taken over for a bit by employees who aired they were offered performance plans. It was uncomfortable but the People team stepped in to reiterate appropriate escalation paths for some of the information aired publicly. Seems to have turned a corner for the positive.
