It is fast moving, if you are a relaxed person, then it might not work. You will be given opportunity every now and then to take ownership and responsibility, if that is too much for you then this is might be a problem.

Everything oh man this was the worst environment of my career. Rudderless ship. No leadership. They didn’t even pretend to care about the people that worked there. The people were nasty but probably mostly due to their unhappiness with being there. HR was nonexistent by design.
