      Megaphone was a great place to start my career. I learned a lot and it had a wonderful culture. Unfortunately, things changed fast over the last year. Many talented people were unfairly made redundant, most leaders and managers left, and the new leadership is a poor fit. The culture is gone, the office feels depressing with most roles being offshored and MS’s are overworked to the point of mental breakdown and blamed for everything. If you're looking for a new role avoid Megaphone.

      - an insane, unrealistic and unethical workload amount that’s expected. Had really hopes coming here, unfortunately it’s a mess and I can’t see the company retaining clients if it continues this way. There’s no structure, a lack of support and leadership. Everyone is working around the clock (literally), and the quality of work presented is so poor as everyone is so stretched thin - no one can give the amount of care and attention needed for the client. Some great new people trying their best, but I can’t see the company changing their ways. It’s profits over anything. I wouldn’t work here, even if you were desperate.
