Regarding the "turbulence" you mentioned—you’re right. Rapid growth has brought real challenges. Scaling our store footprint has been a steep learning curve, and we acknowledge that our support systems haven’t always kept pace with that speed. We are working hard to bridge the gap between our retail teams and corporate through our "Your Take" surveys to ensure operational decisions are shaped by the people on the ground.
