Great people to work with. The company was built upon being thrifty, hard work, and guest service. Lots of opportunity for advancement, strong commitment for promoting from within. Profit sharing plan is great. Opportunity to make extra money by working overtime. It is amazing for the size of the company that the Tm's ideas are still listened to. The company is very stable.

Minpunten

Vacation starts off slow and the insurance has become expensive, like a lot of employers. Attendance policy can be rigid especially for Tm's with little vacation.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
