Pluspunten

Pay was decent and the extra $2.50 on weekends was a bonus. The gifts sent for holidays were a nice touch and many were useful.

Minpunten

As with any retail environment customers can be difficult and you are typically blamed for things outside of your control such as vendors and manufacturers mistakes.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
