Nice pay on weekends, able to get more hours easy, profit sharing a plus, people are great and easy to build relationships with managment

Minpunten

Dealing with customers is a pain sometimes, lots of stuff to stock, freight sucks. Takes a long time to familiarize oneself with all necessary product knowledge to confidently sell the right merchandise to consumers.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
