Very cool co-workers, overall nice customers, and no one is breathing down your neck every checking in on you every five minutes to see your productivity.

Department managers are not appreciated by upper management and do not pay them their worth...this affects how department managers treat their department employees.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
