Pluspunten
Everyone with exception of a few at my store were so loveable. Very dedicated and committed team members on the sales floor, always willing to do right by the customer. Prd (payroll deduction) was a very nice perk. Customers were what made my day complete. Pay is good for full-time employees but the insurance benefits are less desirable. Extra $3 an hour on the weekends and opportunity to move up within the company if you really wanted to.
Minpunten
Very young head cashier's and management staff at the front end. Unprofessional and very clicky if they don't like you they will send you to do the jobs no one else wants to do. It's based on a popularity contest and if you don't fit in their circle you and everyone else will know. Very high turnover rate and an inconsistent schedule.
