There used to be performance based sales incentives/commissions. Unfortunately that has changed

There is a lot. Cut commissions and in a bulletin explained it as a "nuance" to the company. Yearly sales goals are figured based on a "pie in the sky" thought process, no real data, just pull a percentage number out of air and boom that's a goal, now go make it. Company is run by a man who is allegedly into proposing "threesomes" to married women.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
