Pluspunten

Fellow employees are nice and relatively easy to work with. Management is friendly and helpful, they actually work with you.

Minpunten

Pay is low, lots of time on your feet. Work life balance isn't great if you want to advance. Have to work every other weekend (no matter what) and have to close/open a couple times during the week.. Leave at 10pm and come in at 6am.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
