Most of the employees are good, decent and hard working people, competent and pleasant to be around. They do their very tough jobs well and with Brooklyn pride! By the way Patrick Forestier has not been the CEO in quite some time, and they are getting a new one in a month so some positive changes might be coming.

Some members of upper management are corrupt and exploiting the company financially. Several of these have already been removed but they evidently missed a few of these charmers. Lack of organization and standardized procedures contributes to the chaos, and is being actively gamed by the parasitic types. These several corrupt, unprofessional and insecure individuals will reward politics over competence, and set you up to take the blame if you make them look bad (which is unfortunately easy to do). Watch your back and don't participate in things that don't make any sense; if things don't make sense then like Judge Judy says it means somebody's lying.

I really like the people I worked with. They were great!

I worked a total of 15 days. On my last day at the end of my shift, I went back to my desk after training and my access was denied. There was 3 people in the office that day and I was told absolutely nothing. This was 5 days before Christmas. To make matters worse I left my last position of 2 years for this one, built a game plan and was let go because they had no idea what they wanted. It took them a weeks to provide me with access to any systems including email and refused to answer my emails or messages after. My direct report didn’t show up to any of the meetings she scheduled and literally ran away if I tried to speak in the office.
