It feels like they are just trying a bunch of random things and hoping something will stick. Morale is low, and I don't feel like they will be around for long.

Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

Minpunten

The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.
