They provided complementary breakfast and deserts regularly which was very nice. They also had a really great training program for the new hires.

Minpunten

My direct management was not very qualified. She was always overwhelmed with client issues and was poor with communicating information to employees.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
