wide capabilities, lots of technical resource and intellectual capital

Minpunten

No vision, way too much political treacle and indecision by committee, completely run by the US with a culture of spreadsheet worshiping and ultimately seemingly very little awareness of competitors or the outside world. Little respect or true support for developing a sales culture. Focus is not as heavy on profitability of work as it should be and consultants do not and are not incentivised to cross sell.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Minpunten

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
