Because of the variety of projects and customer engagements, there is strong exposure to other companies and organizations for networking potential. There is limited ability to network individually, but when opportunities present, there is good leverage toward positions outside of Mercer. Client relationships are sometimes strained so there might be limited opportunities to network positively within the client base. However, often there are stakeholders that are interested in connecting.
