They do not support the development of resources over time, rather they promote and support resources based on familiarity and relationships. Mercer has little knowledge of the technology space and is woefully limited in their understanding of the every-evolving human capital solutions space.

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
