Management supports discriminatory and bullying behavior regarding who gets billable work, who attends meetings and on-sites, etc. Mostly, men go and only younger or non-technical women. They had men present women's work as their own. If you protest too much, you're on the radar for life and anything you say can be misconstrued. You'll be told to not criticize or disparage coworkers, even though they all criticize you constantly.
