      - High turnover of mid level staff due to persistent mis-selling of roles. Most arrive to find they have taken a significant backwards step in their career. - Junior staff typically don’t stay long given most are overqualified for the admin work they are tasked with. Longer service tends to be in regional offices with fewer competitors locally. - Salary below market and influenced by myriad of other departments, from NY HQ down. - Business model and revenue likely to be threatened as technology and data advancements continue, could be left behind as competitors improve. Reliance on existing client base.

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
