Mercer is very collegial. People are pleasant and willing to help. Good place for a career if you are comfortable with mediocre pay and decent work/life balance

I don't think its a very driven culture. There is limited growth at the company and leadership has pretty much stagnated.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
