Minpunten

Senior management needs to figure out it costs more to hire a new employee than it does to keep a good one. Financial incentives are minimal. Promotions are based on who likes you or who doesn't.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Minpunten

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
