The work ambiance was toxic and hostile due to some arrogant, fake, and aggressive people who thought that they were running everything and things would be terrible without their support, it was ridiculous. Their negative attitude lowered the overall morale of employees and pushed them to quit. I was one of them. Avoid torture. Stay away!

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
