Cronyism, manager shouts at staff during team members and goes to team members to complain about each other. The team that merged with BT super has a toxic team leader who appeases her management but shouts at her staff. Senior managers are nice but very hands off so they do not help you.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
