Smart and competent junior staff. In fact, most consultants in practice are good, but principals are lacking many skill sets. Flexibility in taking time off.

Minpunten

"Team" Leaders are lacking professionalism, work ethic, industry knowledge, business sense and a social skill set. No real opportunity for growth in the near future. High Turnover in H&B department Unfair promotion structure. Stagnant group to work in for awhile.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Minpunten

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
