This individual only worked here for 8 months who clearly understood what the job description entailed and was pretty successful at it for the first 6 months as a former contractor by choice. Before he even started, the position and the mission statement of the company was clearly stated to him. We are sorry that he had a negative experience, but the owner did specifically spend a lot of time trying to appease him and create alternative commission structures. The truth is that we have helped tens of thousands of business owners all across the country. Our rates are as low as 5% over 10 years and it depends on how they qualify in underwriting. Many of our clients who don't qualify for traditional SBA loans are very happy that we can get them approved for the next best program. All the comments about pay structure are categorically false. We have people making good money with our current compensation plan and are very happy. Unfortunately, this is a sales job and not a good fit for people who are just looking to get paid to not work and who are more interested in what they are eating for lunch than hitting their quota.
