      Pluspunten

      Cannot find anything reasonable. Except maybe that I was really surprised how smooth my exit from the company was (usually their lawyers are "nicely and politely" explaining how complicated the life of a person who's leaving will get, if she/he decides to publicize the real "face" of the company)

      Minpunten

      I worked for Merchenta for almost two years. The CEO is a sick man, seriously (bipolar affective disorder). I left when they started cheating on their customers (adding hidden/undocumented charges on top of their official margins) and i had to take calls from customers threatening me with lawsuits.

      I joined the company in 2015. One week after joining, I was shocked when the CEO shouted very badly at everyone in the team. 2 months later, nearly everyone got fired.

      Pluspunten

      Started my career in London at Merchenta. Having very little experience in programmatic Merchenta was an excellent building block for my career. I constantly learned new things and the fact that the company was a startup when I started meant that no 2 days was the same. I owe Merchenta to starting my career in programmatic.

      Minpunten

      -Startup environment when I worked, so to a certain degree you a dumped in the deepend. However, opportunity to buy shares in the company was given. If company progresses rapidly could be opportunity of a lifetime.
