There is absolutely nothing about this company to put in good light. Do not believe nonsenses about Polish team being a pack of idlers as they are for sure distributed by the same person whom someone in this forum has already correctly diagnosed. Merchenta entered Polish market with a hope to find cheap workforce ready to be exploited like in a 19th century work camp, but luckily all former members of the team have already managed to quit this hell (in most cases in terrible atmosphere, under false accusations, and some without last invoice paid). Truly, it may look a bit different in London office, but if so, then only because there CEO would be afraid of facing multiple court trials for breaching labour law.
