Communication – Senior leadership regularly communicates to employees about performance results, customer satisfaction, future growth opportunities, and corporate strategy. Employees are in the loop.
Training - Manager development resources and training programs are readily available.
Growth – There is great individual growth potential within the company. Clear and obtainable paths to advancement are present for both direct contributors and managers.
Culture – Culture is very important at Mercury Systems, more so than any other company I have worked for. The core values are clearly defined and embraced throughout.
