Working at MFA has been one of the best experiences of my life. My coworkers are so smart and creative, and I love how strategic we are when it comes to our approach. Great benefits, flexible hours, and very competitive pay don't hurt either!

Working remotely can sometimes feel isolating, however, there are numerous opportunities to meet up with colleagues over the year.

There are some things you notice once you join the organization as with anywhere but nothing glaringly stands out. Maybe fyi to those applying that it is a very EA oriented organization so all programs will be aligned with that funding stream.

RIFs have changed the organization for the worse. Morale is at an all time low. Leadership stay in their bubbles and make decisions without transparency. No communication. Sad that a once mighty organization has begun to fall, even under a new CEO.
