      I was there 5 years and tried for a promotion as assistant property manager or resident coordinator , but didn’t work out in my favor . I left the company to pursue social work.

      The pto was great and bonuses from time to time.getting off early on fridays

      The maintenance guys get treated horribly and you'd be lucky to see the property managers available at any given time. No appreciation, and lots of drama that was very draining. Hard to get anything done when you're always dealing with drama. The workload is stressful and an opportunity for someone young who wants to learn.
