Pluspunten
Meri Meri make some really great products, the pay is good and the atmosphere is generally warm and enjoyable. The company works hard to accommodate part time workers who want to fit their work life around their home life. Over the last year or so the experience of most people has been positive, as new systems and practices have been put into place to address ongoing issues and concerns. We work in a fantastic building alongside other friendly companies and enjoy good facilities and a close proximity to the town centre. Things are far from perfect still, but it feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction and there are efforts being made across departments to improve communication. Things seem more professional now, but without being corporate. I’ve made some very good friends at Meri Meri and the working environment is a big part of that.
Minpunten
Some of the negative experiences mentioned elsewhere on here are the result of situations in the past that were dealt with really badly. Hopefully the new structures and procedures in place will mean that concerns are dealt with in the proper way. Occasionally people feel a bit in the dark about certain decisions that involve them. Hopefully this is another area where improvements are being made.
