Great place to learn. Most employees are amazing.

Minpunten

Senior leadership (think Director and above) is infested with the most petty and drama prone group of people you can imagine. Whether they were promoted from within or brought in from outside, there are very few strong leaders at Meridian. Their ranks are filled with people who get promoted over and over again even though they have no natural ability to inspire their staffs. The VP and above level? Well Silicon Valley bro culture invaded a small Ohio town. It's hard to take them seriously.

Pluspunten

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Minpunten

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
