The company treats you like they’re doing you a favour. They have great benefits and they do a lot for their employees on paper, but they treat and talk to their staff poorly when it matters. District leadership is toxic, talk out of both sides of their mouth, and share openly how they feel about your peers, to you. The company prefers external talent over internal talent. Even the strongest performers have no opportunity for advancement. The company will gaslight you and tell you you’re not good enough rather than admit there are no actual opportunities for career growth. The company would also rather fire internal talent who aren’t in the right role instead of moving them to a new role in the company. They do not care about you.
