1) Salary is always delayed.
2) Salary deductions and the distribution date depend on how many days you were late to the office. If you are on time for the whole month, you receive your salary on the 5th or 6th. However, if you are late for three days, you receive it on the 9th or 10th, with deductions.
3) You are allowed only one leave per month; otherwise, your salary will be deducted.
4) Remote work is not allowed, except for a few favorites who are given that option.
5) You are eligible for increments only if you are assigned to a project. If you don’t have a project before the increment period, you must wait until a project is assigned to receive an increment.
