Nothing as such. Everything about this company SUCKS!!!!

Minpunten

No work-life balance. You will have to work for more than 10 hours daily and sometime on weekends too No training and no exposure to technical learnings.. They have their in-house tool which is a black box and will be used for all the projects. Very less salary. Gender Biased. No respect for employees. Have been working there for past 7 months and still I am not sure if they have any HR team. Higher management are the bunch of Jokers!! It's better to stay at home and be jobless rather than joining this company. Not even worth for 1 star on any parameters.

Pluspunten

Fast paced hands-on learning environment.They believe in throwing you into the ocean if you learn to swim , well kudos!. You get to learn well about Excel, R , SAS, the three most important tools in the Analytics industry.

Minpunten

Meritus has three kind of people- Wannabe know-it-alls. Wannabe know-it-alls No proper insight and learning into the intricacies of the market, you have to follow a preset procedure. Leave out the CEO, COO who are good and busy people of-course, the Lead is Racist, Sexist and a "Gaonwala" at best. Appraisals are a joke and a formality at best. No scope to grow well.

1)Most of the peers are from top-notch institutions of India, which makes working environment very competitive. 2)Very open and amiable work culture. You can reach out to anyone in the office regardless of their designation and get your doubts cleared. 3)Work-life balance. 4)Individual projects and client handling gives you hands on experience as a consultant as well.

Minpunten

1)Poor resource management by the people. 2)Compensation is low compared to industry to the similar companies in the industry. 3)
